An unsuccessful grant applicant may request a reconsideration of its grant application by requesting reconsideration in writing to the Alliance Director within 10 days of the date of notification of HHSC's final action on a grant application. The applicant should submit written documentation in support of the request. The Alliance Director will review the request for reconsideration and respond in writing to the request within business 15 days of receipt of the request for reconsideration by HHSC.
