Sec. 383.029.  QUALIFICATION OF TEMPORARY DIRECTORS;  ORGANIZATION.  (a)  Each temporary director shall execute a bond in accordance with Section 383.046 and shall take an oath of office.
(b)  The board shall meet and organize.
