Sec. 3831.203. Tax Assessor-collector.
Sec. 3831.203. TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR. The board may:
(1) appoint a district tax assessor-collector; or
(2) contract for the assessment and collection of taxes as provided by the Tax Code.
