Sec. 3833.208.  NOTICES, REPORTS, AND BANKRUPTCY.  (a)  Except as provided by Subsection (b), Subchapter M, Chapter 49, Water Code, applies to the district.
(b)  Section 49.454, Water Code, does not apply to the district.
