Sec. 3864.001.  DEFINITIONS.  In this chapter:
(1)  "Board" means the district's board of directors.
(2)  "City" means the City of Port Arthur.
(3)  "County" means Jefferson County.
(4)  "Director" means a board member.
(5)  "District" means the Jefferson County Management District No. 1.
