Rule 386.413 What Documents Must the Dhs Office Administering Other Needs Assistance (ona) Send to the Dhs Hearings Department When A Disaster Is Declared and the Ona State Administrative Plan Is Approved?

ONA staff must deliver the following documents to the DHS Hearings Department: (1) a copy of the state administrative plan; (2) any itemized price lists applicable to the disaster; and (3) a list of regions affected by the disaster.
