Rule 386.510 What Grants Am I Eligible to Receive If I Live in A Community That Does Not Participate Or Is Sanctioned by the National Flood Insurance Program (nfip)?

(a) You are only eligible for grants for non-flood insurable items. (b) You are not eligible for flood insurance premium or personal property grants until the community enters into NFIP.
