Rule 392.401 Purpose and Applicability


(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to provide rules governing the management of contracts by Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) facilities and Central Office.
(b) This subchapter does not apply to:
  (1) Medicaid provider contracts; or
  (2) leases or contracts for sale of real property.
