Sec. 394.046. COMPUTING FACE AREA OF CERTAIN SIGNS. Each face area of a double-faced, back-to-back, or V-type sign is considered to be a separate sign for the purpose of computing the face area under Section 394.042 or 394.045.Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
