Sec. 3945.0101.  DEFINITIONS.  In this chapter:
(1)  "Board" means the district's board of directors.
(2)  "County" means Brazoria County.
(3)  "Director" means a board member.
(4)  "District" means the Brazoria County Management District No. 2.
