Sec. 3986.0502.  TAX LIMITATION.  An ad valorem tax imposed by the district may be used only for a purpose authorized under:
(1)  Chapter 49 or 54, Water Code;
(2)  Section 52, Article III, Texas Constitution; or
(3)  Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
