Gavvy: Railroad Commission of Texas, Rule 12.202 Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Operations On Areas Or Adjacent to Areas Including Alluvial Valley Floors in the Arid Or Semiarid Areas West of the 100th Meridian
Sec. 401.082. TERM OF SERVICE AS GOVERNOR. The individual who receives the highest number of votes cast by the members of the legislature for governor shall hold that office until the next general election.
