Rule 414.556 Investigations Conducted by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (tdprs)

(a) TDPRS submits a copy of the investigative report to the administrator or contractor CEO or both in accordance with Chapter 711 of Title 40 (relating to Investigations in TDMHMR Facilities and Related Programs). (b) The administrator or contractor CEO may not change a confirmed finding made by a TDPRS investigator. The administrator or contractor CEO may request a review of the finding or the methodology used to conduct the investigation in accordance with Chapter 711 of Title 40 (relating to Investigations in TDMHMR Facilities and Related Programs).
