(a) The provider level public information report shall provide contact and website information to obtain the technical documentation regarding the provider level public information report.
(b) The provider level public information report technical documentation shall be available to providers reviewing the provider level public information report as required by Health and Safety Code, §108.010(e) or §108.011(f) and (g).
