Except as provided by §4.2836 of this title (relating to Transitional Use of the 2001 CSO Mortality Table), the Ultimate 1980 CSO is the minimum mortality standard for determining reserve liabilities and nonforfeiture values for both male and female insureds for preneed life insurance policies issued on or after January 1, 2009.
