Gavvy: Health and Human Services Commission, Rule 749.1415 What Health Precautions Must I Take If A Person in Care, Employee, Caregiver, Someone Else in One of My Foster Homes, Or Someone Else in My Agency Has A Communicable Disease?
Sec. 463.358. STATEMENT OF PREMIUMS. On request, the commissioner shall provide the association with a statement of the premiums in this state and any other appropriate state for each member insurer.
