Gavvy: Health and Human Services Commission, Rule 745.123 What If My Educational Facility Meets Every Criterion for An Education Exemption, Except Some of the Children in Care Stay in Care Longer Than the Number of Hours the Exemption Allows?
Sec. 467.023. RESIDENCE REQUIREMENT. An individual is not eligible to be a member of the commission unless the individual has been a resident of this state for at least 10 consecutive years immediately before appointment.
