(a) Term of office. The vice chairman shall be elected from among the members of the board at the annual meeting in odd numbered years for a term of two years.
(b) Vacancy. In the event that the vice chairmanship is vacated, the executive committee may appoint a successor for the remainder of the unexpired term, unless a regular meeting is imminent and no business is required.
(c) Duties. The vice chairman shall have such duties as are assigned to him by the chairman.
