CHAPTER 48.  PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION PERMIT

Sec. 48.01.  AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES.  A passenger transportation permit authorizes the permit holder to sell or serve the types of alcoholic beverages specifically authorized by this chapter.
