(a) The board shall provide applicant data to NASBA for the sole and specific purpose of maintaining the national applicant database of individuals eligible for the UCPAE.
(b) In compliance with §901.160(c)(1) of the Act (relating to Availability and Confidentiality of Certain Board Files), the board shall obtain authorization from the applicant for the sharing of data with NASBA.
