Sec. 52.005. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR DOMINANT CARRIERS. The commission shall impose as minimum requirements for a dominant carrier the same requirements imposed by Subchapter C, except Section 52.107.Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
