Sec. 52.056.  SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED REGULATORY TREATMENTS.  The regulatory treatments the commission may implement under Section 52.054 include:
(1)  approval of a range of rates for a specific service; and
(2)   the detariffing of rates.
