Sec. 522.090. ADDITIONAL PENALTY. In addition to any penalty imposed under this chapter, a person convicted of an offense under Section 522.071(a)(5) may be penalized or disqualified under 49 C.F.R. Part 383.Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
