All actions taken by persons acting in representative capacities (such as execution and attestation by corporate officers of petitions requesting creation of districts or additions of land to districts) must be supported in the transcript by evidence of authority so to act (such as by corporate resolution authorizing or ratifying any such action by corporate officers).
