Bonds proposed for issue under Texas Education Code, Chapter 55, Subchapter B, §55.171, must include in the transcript a certified copy of an order or resolution or minute entry of the Coordinating Board, Texas College and University System, showing the board's approval of the specific terms and provisions of said bonds and the pledge for the payment thereof as being in conformance with the board's applicable rules and regulations.
