Sec. 54.001. Definitions.
Sec. 54.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1) "Abortion" has the meaning assigned by Section 245.002.
(2) "Network contractor" means a person who contracts with the commission to provide or coordinate the provision of services under this chapter.
