Sec. 546.0051.  DEFINITIONS.  In this subchapter:
(1)  "General residential operation" has the meaning assigned by Section 42.002, Human Resources Code.
(2)  "Legally authorized representative" has the meaning assigned by Section 241.151, Health and Safety Code.
