Sec. 547.206. COMPLIANCE PROCEEDING HEARING. The department shall conduct a hearing on the issue of compliance if a person required by Section 547.205 to be notified requests a hearing in the manner and within the time specified by that section.Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
