Sec. 548.0252. MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM FOR HOME TELEMONITORING SERVICES AUTHORIZED. If the commission determines that establishing a statewide program that permits Medicaid reimbursement for home telemonitoring services would be cost-effective and feasible, the executive commissioner by rule shall establish the program as provided by this subchapter.
