Rule 55.154 Reasonable Attorney's Fees in Iv-d Cases

(a) The usual and customary attorney's fees for attorneys representing the state under Section 231.109 of the Texas Family Code is $150 per hour. (b) The reasonable attorney's fees for attorneys representing the state under Section 231.109 of the Texas Family Code is $150 per hour.
