(a) A hospice must provide the following non-core services in a manner consistent with accepted standards of practice:
  (1) physical therapy services;
  (2) occupational therapy services;
  (3) speech-language pathology services;
  (4) hospice aide and hospice homemaker services; and
  (5) volunteers.
(b) A hospice must provide non-core services directly or through a written contract.
