Sec. 56.221.  DEFINITIONS.  In this subchapter:
(1)  "Coordinating board" means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
(2)  "Eligible institution" means an institution of higher education, as that term is defined by Section 61.003.
(3)  "Program" means the Texas First Scholarship Program.
