Each criminal and juvenile justice agency receiving funds from the MVCPA or that benefits from funds awarded by the MVCPA to another agency must, as a condition precedent to any grant award, comply fully with reporting requirements of the Texas Uniform Crime Reporting Program, Department of Public Safety.
