Sec. 58.645. WITNESSES AT THE HEARING. At the hearing, interested parties may appear in person or by attorney and are entitled, on demand, to have the chairman of the commissioners of appraisement issue process for witnesses. The commissioners shall have the same power as a court of record to enforce the attendance of witnesses.
