Sec. 60.065. WAIVERS. If the commission determines that a waiver is in the public interest, the commission may waive an imputation requirement for a public interest service such as:(1) 9-1-1 service; or(2) dual party relay service.Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
