Rule 60.306 Loans to and Transactions with Officers, Directors, Affiliated Persons, and Employees

All transactions, including loans, involving officers, directors, affiliated persons, controlling persons or employees are subject to the requirements of Federal Reserve Board Regulations O and W, which sections are hereby incorporated by reference.
