(a) All agreements between or among parties that are reached as a result of mediation must be committed to writing and the terms of the agreement will be incorporated in an order that is subject to approval by the commission or the executive director.
(b) A final written agreement to which the department is a signatory that is reached as a result of the mediation is subject to or excepted from required disclosure in accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 552.
