In accordance with Texas Government Code §552.262, the commission adopts by reference the rules of the Office of the Attorney General as published in 1 TAC Part 3, Chapter 70, §§70.1 - 70.13 for determining charges for copies of public information under Texas Government Code, Chapter 552, Subchapter F.
