Sec. 62.095.  APPROPRIATION OF FUND TO ELIGIBLE INSTITUTIONS.   In each state fiscal year, amounts shall be appropriated to eligible institutions in the same manner that research performance funding is appropriated to institutions eligible to receive funding from the Texas University Fund under Section 62.1482(a).
