Sec. 62.205. ATTORNEY'S FEES; COSTS. In addition to a judgment awarded to the plaintiff, the court shall allow reasonable attorney's fees and costs of the action to be paid by the defendant.Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
