Rule 62.507 Procurement, Property Management, and Contract Oversight Procedures

A grantee shall use the procurement procedures, property management procedures, and contract oversight guidelines set forth in UGMS and Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards as set forth in federal regulations.
