Sec. 651.007. APPLICABILITY OF CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT AND REGULATION Z. A transaction that is subject to this chapter is also subject to:

(1) the Consumer Credit Protection Act; and

(2) the applicable provisions of Regulation Z.
