Rule 65.301 Applicability

(a) No person shall at any time, by any means, or in any manner hunt, possess, transport, or transfer any migratory game bird except as provided in this subchapter. (b) No provision of this subchapter shall be construed to relieve a person from the restrictions, conditions, and requirements of federal regulations contained in 50 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 20.
