(a) The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services provides court-related services only to children and parents who are eligible for services under the criteria specified in §700.311 of this title (relating to Eligible Individuals).
(b) Court-related investigative services are provided according to the priorities and time frames specified in §700.505 of this title (relating to Priorities for Investigation and Assessment).
