Rule 700.1327 What Are Dfps's Responsibilities to Siblings Who Are Not Placed Together Following A Removal from the Home?

DFPS must provide for frequent visitation or other ongoing interaction between siblings, unless: (1) the court has ordered otherwise; or (2) DFPS has determined and documented in the child service plan that frequent visitation or other ongoing interaction would be contrary to the safety or well-being of any of the siblings and the court has not ordered that visitation or contact between the siblings occur.
