(a) The purpose of this division is to clarify and further interpret §264.018 of the Texas Family Code, in accordance with §264.018(l).
(b) The scope of this division is limited to clarification and interpretation of §264.018, Texas Family Code. Other requirements that pertain to notice, including but not limited to §264.107(g) and §264.123 continue to be governed by those provisions, and DFPS must continue to comply with all requirements associated with those statutes and other applicable law.
