Rule 707.557 Which Provisions Govern the Conduct of An Alternative Response?

(a) Unless otherwise specified or the context clearly indicates otherwise, an alternative response is governed solely by the provisions in this division and Texas Family Code (TFC) §261.3015. (b) An alternative response is an investigatory response for which DFPS is exempt from the payment of fees for records in accordance with TFC §261.316.
