Rule 7.2001 Solicitation of Voluntary Contributions by Sponsoring Organizations

Sponsoring organizations governed by Insurance Code, Article 21.35-B, may solicit voluntary contributions with a membership renewal solicitation when the membership renewal solicitation is separate from an insurance billing.
