Rule 735.305 What Information about the Adoptive Parents Must Be Included in the Pre-placement Portion of An Adoption Evaluation?

(a) You must discuss, obtain, assess, and document the following information about the adoptive parents and their home: Attached Graphic (b) The discussion and assessment of the information about adoptive parents and their home in subsection (a) of this section should be framed in relation to the specific physical, mental, and emotional state of the child, including any special needs of the child.
