(a) An operation director's certificate or program director's certificate will expire if the operation director or program director was qualified under options (4) or (6) of Figure: 40 TAC §744.1015 of this title (relating to What qualifications must an operation director or a program director meet?). Otherwise, an operation director's certificate and a program director's certificate will not expire.
(b) A site director's certificate will not expire.
